Pastor Val is a wife, mother of 2, Grammy of 7, Pastor, Songwriter, Best Selling Author, and Playwright. She’s a go-getter who enjoys shopping, movies, theatre, travel, and time at the spa. When she sin’t helping her husband Eddie Scarbrough pastor Transforming Life Church in Charlotte, NC, she enjoys watching chic flicks and spending time with her fur-baby Bella.
Pastor Val is passionate about her relationship with Jesus as well as her time spent reading the Word of God. Her favorite Bible verse is Psalm 27. Her prayer is that readers will read her chapter and walk away encouraged not to allow personas or insecurities to keep them from pursuing what God has called them to do. In addition to her call as a Pastor and 1st Lady, Pastor Val is a genuine, strong, compassionate, humble, and submissive woman who loves her family and deeply values her friendships and peaceable life.
